• Circumvent Instagram or Meta safeguards
• Engage in harassment, abuse, fraud, or deceptive conduct
• Collect or misuse personal data

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReplyBlaze is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee message delivery rates, account growth, or protection from Meta enforcement actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyBlaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. No Affiliation with Meta

ReplyBlaze is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.
